Fall is Veggie Season!
Fall is synonymous with harvest time. Fall provides us with numerous vegetables all chock full of vitamins and nutrients…and they are delicious!
Pumpkin’s beautiful orange color is loaded with Vitamin A, which is linked to healthy eye sight. Its also low in calories and loaded with fiber, which can help keep our waistlines in check. Pumpkins are also high in antioxidants and has more potassium than a banana!
