Vegy Vida doesn’t contain nuts of any kind, and there are no eggs, soy, seeds, mustard, shellfish, beans or peas. Certain flavors contain dairy, and all include garlic and onion spices. You can be assured that our products are manufactured in facilities with stringent allergen control programs to prevent cross-contamination.

Our new Vegy Vida dips contain organic vegetables, including kale, carrots and beets. The only exception to this is our ketchup, which is made with non-organic tomatoes.
Yes. Our suppliers provide certification stating that there are no ingredients that contain or are derived from gluten-containing grains. Also, to prevent cross-contamination, our products are manufactured in facilities with stringent allergen control programs.
Every ingredient that goes into Vegy Vida meets the USDA definition for natural: no artificial ingredients or preservatives and minimal processing. But we decided we could do even better than that! That’s why Vegy Vida is also free of GMO ingredients, gluten, soy and nuts. It’s also low in calories.
Vegy Vida is the perfect complement to a vegetarian diet. However, because two of our Vegy Vida flavors are made with yogurt, it cannot be considered a vegan food.
Vegy Vida contains absolutely no MSG. We believe in real food without preservatives, so it’s made with only all-natural ingredients.
It’s believed to be a holdover from our evolutionary past, a protective mechanism that prevented children from eating poisonous plants gathered for food. Children have about 10,000 taste buds that regenerate every couple of weeks. As they age, their taste buds eventually stop being replaced.
Cucumber contains a special compound that, when extracted and applied in Vegy Vida’s unique recipe, makes vegetables more palatable to kids. The ingredient works by binding nutrients in vegetables that give them their bitter flavor, making them too large to be sensed by the taste buds. Children taste more of the good flavors, with less of the “bad,” and without impacting the natural digestion or absorption of nutrients.
Vegy Vida is perishable, so it does need to be refrigerated after opening. You can keep it at room temperature for up to 2 hours — but we do suggest refrigerating as much as possible for the best flavor and consistency.
Vegy Vida is best for 30 days from the date of opening. Be sure to store it in the refrigerator and shake well before using.
