Potatoes are super versatile and can be used to create a healthy, easy, fast meal!

Easy Baked Potato:
Simply wash and dry the potato, pierce the potato several times and place in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for roughly 4-6 minutes or until the potato is tender and cooked. Cool slightly, then cut open! EASY!
Top with steamed broccoli or other veggies.

Healthy Potato Wedges:
Slice clean potatoes into wedges. Coat with olive oil and favorite seasonings. Spread in single layer on baking dish and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with your favorite flavor of Vegy Vida® dip! YUM.
