Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes, thoroughly washed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon paprika
  • Vegy Vida® Zesty Southwest

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a shallow dish, combine oil and spices. Cut sweet potatoes into ¼” fries.

  3. Toss fries in olive oil and spices until evenly coated. Spread fries out onto the baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bottoms are crisp. Flip fries and return to oven for additional 10 minutes.

  5. Serve with Vegy Vida® Zesty Southwest for dipping.
