Creamy Ranch Chicken

- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 6 chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅔ cup Vegy Vida® Creamy Ranch
Preheat oven to 375°.
Add crushed cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into a large freezer bag and shake to mix well.
Dip each chicken breast or tenderloin into a bowl of Vegy Vida® Creamy Ranch and add to freezer bag mixture.
Seal the bag shut and shake well until evenly seasoned.
Place the chicken onto a greased 9×13 glass baking dish, sprinkling any remaining seasoning on top.
Bake 40-45 minutes. Place a piece of foil over the chicken toward the last 15 minutes of baking to prevent unappealing burnt edges.
