  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 6 chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅔ cup Vegy Vida® Creamy Ranch


  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Add crushed cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into a large freezer bag and shake to mix well.

  3. Dip each chicken breast or tenderloin into a bowl of Vegy Vida® Creamy Ranch and add to freezer bag mixture.

  4. Seal the bag shut and shake well until evenly seasoned.

  5. Place the chicken onto a greased 9×13 glass baking dish, sprinkling any remaining seasoning on top.

  6. Bake 40-45 minutes. Place a piece of foil over the chicken toward the last 15 minutes of baking to prevent unappealing burnt edges.
